What a tune-up includes
Runs that hold standing water are re-hung at the right slope so water flows to the downspouts.
Leaking seams, corners, end caps and outlets are cleaned and resealed so they stop dripping.
We add brackets where gutters sag or pull away from the fascia, so they can carry rain and snow.
Loose straps, elbows and outlets fixed so water gets down and away from the house.
Repair before replace
Most gutter problems come from a few loose brackets, a failed seam or a run that has settled out of pitch. Fix those early and you avoid rotted fascia, stained siding and water at the foundation. When gutters are truly done, we will say so and quote a replacement instead.

A tune-up is a full pass through your entire gutter system. We re-pitch runs that hold water, reseal leaking seams, corners and end caps, add bracket support where gutters sag, and secure loose downspouts.
In most cases, yes, by a lot. If your gutters are structurally sound, a tune-up fixes the leaks and sagging for a fraction of the cost of replacement. If they are past saving, we will tell you.
Dripping seams, water spilling over the front during rain, sections pulling away from the house, standing water in the gutter, or downspouts that come loose.
